Quickly, Grab a pen and a piece of paper. Now write down the top ten values you like to personify. Here is a great list of personal values: https://scottjeffrey.com/core-values-list/

The values I wanted to personify: adaptability, honesty, understanding, consciousness, spontaneous, logic, growth, happiness, innovation, efficiency

Now write down the ten values you have actually practiced in the last 30 days. If you have trouble picking ten, ask someone you live with for ideas.

The values I showed: devotion, commitment, control, certainty, tolerance, energy, logic, adaptability, honesty, patients

Reflecting on what we think our values are and the values we show the world can help us understand what we truly value.
